1. Introduction, Intended Use, and Prohibition of Sensitive Information

Welcome to MockTok App and/or MockTok.com (”Product”, “Services”, “App”, “Mobile App”, “Website”) developed by 1000274400 Ontario Corp. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Ours”, “Company”). We specialize in simple Apps and AI-based/Human based services like conducting mock interviews. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our product and services.

The App is designed strictly as a simulation tool to evaluate and practice interview performance. It is not designed or intended to collect, store, or process sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or confidential corporate data. 1.1 User Responsibility Regarding Inputs You agree not to provide, upload, speak, or type any sensitive personal or confidential information during your mock interview sessions and use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, your real name, email addresses(except when sign-up and log-in), phone numbers, home addresses, government identifiers, financial information, or proprietary corporate trade secrets belonging to current or past employers. 1.2 Limitation of Liability for Unauthorized Disclosures We cannot prevent users from voluntarily speaking or typing sensitive information during an interview simulation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume full responsibility for any personal or confidential information you voluntarily disclose within the App. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of your disclosure of unauthorized sensitive data. We do not actively monitor user input for corporate confidentiality violations and, subject to applicable law, disclaim liability for any resulting data exposure.

IN NO EVENT (INCLUDING DATA BREACH EVENT, OR DATA DAMAGE OR LOSS EVENT) SHALL WE OR OUR EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE, WHETHER BY WAY OF ANY SUIT OR ACTION OR OTHER, FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR COST WHICH YOU MAY SUFFER OR INCUR AT ANY TIME, BY REASON OF YOUR POSSESSION OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OR ARISING OUT OF THE EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

We are committed to giving you control over the data generated within your account, subject to technical limitations and our reliance on third-party infrastructure. 7.1 Backend Data Deletion Requests You have the right to request the deletion of your account information, profile settings, and interview transcripts stored directly within our proprietary database. Upon receiving a valid deletion request sent to our official support email, we will securely purge all associated records from our active production systems within thirty (30) days. 7.2 Third-Party System Deletion Limitations Please note that our direct deletion capabilities are strictly limited to our own backend servers. We do not own, manage, or control the underlying data centers, AI models, or routing networks of our downstream third-party service providers. As such, we cannot guarantee the retrieval, modification, or deletion of data once it has been transmitted to or processed by these external APIs. By using the App, you acknowledge that a deletion request executed on our platform applies solely to our proprietary database and cannot be retroactively enforced upon third-party infrastructure.
